Providing LibAPR-java-wrapper as maven artefact

Hey guys, 

are LibAPR, its Java wrapper and friends already available as maven artefacts on an online repository? If not, would you mind publishing the jars? E.g. on bintray.com it's super easy and I would also be happy to help.
