UI of 404 page should be improved

Problem

The UI of the 404 page of the website should be improved. The visiting user (non-technical person) cannot understand the meaning of the 404 code?

Solution

It should have well designed UI with graphics or illustration and with some appropriate information like we should inform the user that he has jumped or redirected to wrong page or the page he is trying to find is not available.

Please assign this issue to me under GSSOC '22.

I installed and setup this project locally but didn't made any changes locally in codebase. But, when I started localhost:3000 it is showing white background except dark background. Why?
