[Problem/Bug]: Extra text ‘&’ appended while opening PDF

What happened?

In pdf if there are extra spaces between text. & is getting added instead of spaces.

Attached are the screenshot same file opened in edge and chrome and pdf reader.

Issue is occurring only in edge.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any pdf in edge browser.
2. verify places where spaces are present.
3. ’&’ is getting appended instead of spaces.
