Windows 10 Start Menu

Since Windows 10 is becoming legacy this year, I was wondering if this project should also add a skin for the start menu that emulates how the windows 10 start menu works, would be cool to preserve the windows 10 start functionality too

I am not sure about this, so please don't crucify me, but should not be that complicated, right? Is it just some kind of skin? I would really appreciate if this existed, really got used to having all my most used apps in that big window there, nicely grouped by purposed...
