Better support/Documentation around uploading a save to helm deployment

Create documentation around uploading a saved file into the kubernetes deployment.

Right now the deployment requires you to initialize a pvc and then copy over a file through kubectl and then use that pvc in the deployment. However, I think a good enhancement would be that we allow users to pull these via an https link, this way if they upload it to google drive or other locations they will have an easier way to present this to the deployment.
