Start: Using Rolldown Vite and @vitejs/plugin-react-oxc

Hello,

I've been following the development of the void(0) team for a while now. It looks like their projects are coming together and I would like to propose considering using Vite w/ Rolldown and the React OXC plugin.

In a Start project, I personally saw a reduction of about 20 seconds in build time (down to ~65 s from ~85 s). I am sure that integrating @vitejs/plugin-react-oxc into TanStack Start would bring that down even more.

As of now, I couldn't get either the dev environment to work (getting Uncaught SyntaxError: Identifier 'injectIntoGlobalHook' has already been declared in the browser console), or the production version.

Looking forward to a productive discussion.

Thanks for that! I am getting some weird stuff when switching to Vite Rolldown and the React OXC plugin, so I will just wait for the stable releases for both of them.

After I switched to target: "cloudflare-module"(was working fine with target: "vercel") I started getting similar error as seen in your screenshot. But hard to tell with minified result.

Anyways, mine was related with recharts/eventemitter3 package on server. I had to create nitro.config.ts file and add minify: false there which then led me to a fix.
