Add/Edit New Sponsor: Sponsor Levels section isn't ordered

Describe the bug

When you create/edit a new sponsor (example: post-new.php?post_type=wcb_sponsor), you have checkboxes to select Sponsor Levels. However, theses sponsorship levels aren't ordered as you set under Sponsors > Order Sponsor Levels.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Sponsors > Order Sponsor Levels and ensure you have the order you want
2. Go to Add New Sponsor Levels
3. Check the order

It seems like we're using the order on which they were registered in Sponsors > Sponsor Levels.

Expected behavior

Ideally, I'd like to see them in the same order as they are in Sponsors > Order Sponsor Levels.

The listed areas are the default WordPress interfaces, which I don't believe can really be customised with a sort.

The custom level sort is only applied on the front-end within WordCamp blocks and shortcodes.

It would be nice if these were in the same order though, I agree. I'm just not sure it's entirely possible to.
