General Protection fault when attempting to access SDK in x86 configuration

I'm writing a dynamic library that is using the aws sdk for an S3 store. However when I am attempting to access the API for the SDK .

I'm receiving a General Protection fault to a memory location the SDK is trying to access when calling the aws-cpp-core.dll

My system specs:

• Windows Enterprise 10 22H2 x64
• Latest SDK Build
• Built in x86 ( for 32-bit binaries )

I built the SDK in Win32 configuration as I am targeting executables compiling in x86, is the issue I am seeing related to this?
