highlights lost (cleared) opening new buffer

Hi

With one buffer open, text highlighted, if I then open another buffer

• :enew
• :e file
• probably others...
  and switch back to the first buffer, all colours are lost.

I didn't find anything related to this in README.md, is this normal behaviour, or could it be another plugin/config I have that's causing this?

Hello, Thanks for your interest in this plugin. The symptom is a bit strange, let's check the configuration one by one.

1. The plugin version
   In the command window, :Hi command will show the plugin version. The current version is 1.63.3

2. The highlight sync command
   In the command window, :h Hi== command will show the usage help for the highlight sync command.
   Please try if highlight works properly when you enter :Hi=== command.
   If it works, you can set the default mode using HiSyncMode option. Help :h HiSync

3. Vim and Neovim version
   You can try the latest version of Vim or Neovim.

If it still doesn't work, Please let me know how to reproduce it so I can follow along step by step. Thanks.
