First contribution ideas

Hi all,

I would love to make a contribution to beets in some way shape or form - I would consider myself to have a beginner - intermediate level of experience, and this would be my first form of contribution to an open source project.
I've been looking through the open issues and have found some potential things I would like to tackle, but I would be grateful to hear from community members regarding any feature requests/bug fixes/testing they think might be suitable. I realise there is a good-first-issue label, but I'm interested to know what the community has to say or if anyone has advice for contributing in general.

Just pick up an issue and get started (they are all reported by the community members). Start simple and learn the codebase.
