[FR] - Upgrade Apollo to newest version

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Be good to upgrade Apollo and related to the newest version. There are some deprecated functions that we're using so would need to go through them and see how to adjust.

I'd like to work on this Apollo Client upgrade issue. I've analyzed the current setup and have a clear implementation plan:

Current State:

• Apollo Client: v3.13.8
• Several deprecated functions need addressing (onCompleted/onError callbacks)

Proposed Approach:

1. Phase 1: Upgrade to Apollo Client 3.14.x (latest stable)
2. Phase 2: Address deprecated function warnings by:
   • Removing onCompleted/onError callbacks from useQuery/useLazyQuery
   • Replacing with proper useEffect hooks for side effects
   • Updating any deprecated constructor options

Questions before I start:

• Should I target Apollo Client 3.14.x or would you prefer going directly to 4.0?
• Are there any specific deprecated functions you've noticed that need priority attention?
• Do you have any testing preferences for validating the changes?

I can provide a detailed PR with:

• Package upgrades
• Deprecated function replacements
• Updated code patterns
• Testing to ensure no regressions
