Using menu or keyboard shortcuts say:

command 'extension.openWith' not found
command 'extension.openWithDefault' not found

I'm using vscode 1.12.1 on windows 10.

I'm also using vscode 1.12.1 on windows 10. But it can works for me.

What can I see or check? Or what information or file can be useful to see what happens?
