Install instructions were not working
I got install to work with instructions on this article https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-and-use-docker-on-ubuntu-20-04
A lot of the instructions seem similar I want to say that the difference is in this command but am not 100% certain
sudo apt install apt-transport-https ca-certificates curl software-properties-common
There is also a difference in the keyring used but I don't think that should matter much
