Clicking the settings icon under ... fails.

Describe the bug
Opening settings from the ... menu doesn't work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on "settings"

Expected behavior
Clicking on settings under ... should open the same settings menu that is accessible by clicking the settings icon directly to the left of the ... button.

• OS: Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS

Dot Browser Information (please complete the following information):

• Version: Not sure how to get this. Latest from Git.
• Site you were on before the bug appeared: Fails on all sites.

Not really a bug, we haven't implemented it. I will make this a feature request.
