Orange Pi 5 receiving randomized Ethernet MAC every reboot

Hi there, 

I am on an original model Orange Pi 5 and have been loving the UEFI firmware upgrade but it introduced one big problem: every reboot, my Ethernet MAC gets a new random address, thus breaking the DHCP assignment I have set for it

I looked around and cannot determine what setting to change to set a non randomized MAC
