Usage rights and rate limiting #1

Hi Luc,
I've just noticed this uses the Google Maps API.
I don't know what their terms and conditions are or what their usage policy is like. I have a vague suspicion that this may infringe on their T&C so wanted to double-check.
You'll need to check both and link out to it from the readme. If this is a valid/allowable usage also mention whether it is rate limited. If it isn't, then I think there are some other datasets available that can be used to geolocate to the nearest city.
