Create sandbox explainer doc #15277
Description
We have an impressive feature that lets customers preview and test different features in a sandbox account. We only tangentially reference the sandbox throughout docs by linking to it. We also have a link to it in our header, which of course is appealing. However, we do not have any documentation that explains what you can do in the sandbox and how to use it.
