Reorganize Electron Quick Start guide

Description

The Electron Quick Start guide (see #15298) contains topics that are too advanced for a quick start. The goal of this task is to move this content to other, more suitable pages and streamline the content that should remain in the quick start guide.

Suggested Solution

• identify the information we want to move away from the quick start guide and find new locations for this information (ideally, add to existing pages)
• optimize the content we want to remain in the quick start guide

I've been working on restructuring the Electron quick start guide to make sure we don't overwhelm users with advanced topics. While I looked for new "homes" for this content, I found that most topics don't have existing pages where they would fit.

That's why I want to propose adding a new "Electron Features" navigation item with subpages for Electron-specific topics. We already have something similar for React and Nuxt, for example.
In the quick start guide, we can link to these feature pages from the "Next steps" section (we also do this in Nuxt and React)

Reorganization suggestions:

Offline Support

• move to a new page under Electron Features > Offline Support
• add options to Options page https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/javascript/guides/electron/configuration/options/#transportOptions

Inter-Process Communication

• move to a new page under Electron Features >Inter-Process Communication
• in Quick Start guide: link to in "Next Steps" section

Native

• move to a new page under Eletron Features > Native Crash Reporting
• in Quick Start guide: link to in "Next Steps" section (Learn about Electron-specific features)

Debug information

• move to https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/javascript/guides/electron/data-management/debug-files/
• I'm not sure where on the page this would make sense. For example, can we merge the content with the existing content, or would it be better to add a new section?
