[Bug]: Connection lost between nodes

What happened?

Hello, in version 0.99.0 I’ve noticed that some nodes lose VPN connectivity between each other. Both servers have public IPs, and access to the Netmaker IP is allowed in iptables. Communication between the two nodes only starts working after I explicitly allow the public IP in iptables(in nodes). This was not necessary in the previous version. It doesn't happen on all servers, but we’ve already seen it occur on three of them.
