html fragments of .php files support

PHP files can be a mix of html and php code. It would be nice if HTMLHint could check the html fragments of PHP files, just ignoring the PHP fragments.

Years ago, a similar issue was created in the microsoft vscode-htmlhint extension: microsoft/vscode-htmlhint#50 The opener of the issue suggested how to address the issue (I do not know if his suggestion is viable).

If this support is possible, it would be nice if htmlhint.options could be different for every file type.

Interesting suggestion. I'm not keen on adding PHP specific changes but if there was an exclude pattern option (which could be helpful for other file formats/templates) then it might be useful.

I might take a look at introducing that when I get some time.
