Creation of openteraemails DB missing from readme steps? #270
Description
I followed all the steps in teraserver/README.md and when running TeraServer.py errors mentioning openteraemails DB not existing appeared, i created it and the project seemed to work after.
Not sure if it should have been added to README.md at step 1 or I just messed up somewhere.
