`limactl ls`: stop printing local SSH port (when the screen width is narrow)

It seems mostly useless to print the local SSH port in limactl ls, as an SSH can be connected by the instance name, not by the port number

I'm in favour of dropping it unconditionally.

It was a little bit useful back when you might have assigned a port explicitly and used your existing ssh keys to connect. But I can't think of a single use for it now. Especially since it is not usable by itself, you need the identity file etc as well, so really should be using ssh.config.

It does print out the host name (but not the port) if you are using an external address, but that is also in the ssh.config.

The 127.0.0.1:0 for the stopped machines was always a bit strange, as well. So I think it makes sense to hide the column.

I would suggest that we turn it into an IP column and drop the port part.

And then consider it a candidate for hiding if all entries are 127.0.0.1 and the column width is too small to fit all data. Just like we currently hide ARCH if all entries match the host arch and we don't have enough space.
