Submission: Perl Mojolicious template #162

Hi,
I created yet another Perl template based on the official Perl Docker image and the web framework Mojolicious. Please find the template in following repository tschaefer/openfaas-perl-mojo-template.
Building an OpenFaaS function based on this template will lead to a larger footprint (image size and memory) as the existing one. The persistent HTTP server will improve the performance (request-response time). The components and tools of the framework will alleviate the processing of the HTTP messages.
