[BUG] Windows App reloading notes every 20 seconds

Expected behaviour

I expect the app to load notes at start and not every 20 or 30 seconds

Actual behaviour

My notes are all local but the app keeps opening the Load notes window every 20 or 30 seconds making it almost unuseable.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. ...Open app
2. ...Highlight a note
3. ...Edit note and the loading notes window starts

Version 25.7.9
Windows 11 with local directory of files
Computer: Lenovo Snapdragon X Elite 2025 model

What is note highlighting?

Can you please post the output from the debug settings that you can copy when you get to the settings dialog in QOwnNotes and head over to the Debug section of it?

Is there any useful log output if you enable the log panel (see Window / Panels)? Please make sure you also enable debug logging in the log panel (by right-clicking on the panel and selecting Debug in Options).
