Place the extension pyd file in the package folder

I'm develop bybind11 package on Windows/Linux/macOS and I find it hard to include the extension and shared libraries along with it.
Basically I want them all to be placed in the package folder. I'll then add it to PATH in init.

Temp workaround:
I used sys.path.insert to add to path. turns out that if the DLLs are NOT in the same folder of the pyd extension I must use os.add_dll_directory os the 3rd DLLs will load from the extension.
Very confusing error.
