Verify email header on free account has a verify link that is not a hyperlink.

**Describe the bug**
After creating a free account and logging in the header at the top of the page says: "Please verify your email address to unlock all features.
Verify" with the Verify word underlined.  This is assumed to be a link to verify your email but it is just text.
