Folding interacts poorly with RTL

Problem

When folding is enabled, and using RTL, the chevrons rotate in the wrong direction. The open points up, and the closed points left. I believe when open it should point down.

Steps

Enable RTL and folding:

title = "rtl"
text-direction = "rtl"

[output.html.fold]
enable = true
level = 0
