[Garry's Mod] Overwrite default files

There are files that will overwrite GMod files. Overwrite them.

[Synergy] If possible, play with GMod

Some maps in Synergy cause problems when loaded directly. Here is a list of maps I've found that have problems.

• d2_prison_08: Alyx is missing when loaded. Cannot proceed after large metal door.
