What / Why

Reviews and update al .py files.
The compiler itself is being licensed under the terms of the aGPL v3 license, but NOT the .asm or .bas libraries which does not impose the compiler user to disclose the code of their compiled programs.

There were many files with outdated license (the compiler license was changed to aGPL v3 last year indeed).

This change addresses #906
