Unlike traditional job portals, ExTalent focuses on skill-based matching, ensuring candidates are aligned with the role requirements — improving hiring speed and reducing mismatches.

🚩 Getting Started (for developers)

Clone the repository and install dependencies:

git clone https://github.com/dhirajaryaa/extalent.git
cd extalent
pnpm install

Run the development server:

pnpm run dev

Create a .env file in the root directory:
