This PR addresses critical bugs in the application:

Fixes Included:

Fixed navigation routing issues
Resolved form submission bugs
Fixed blank page rendering problems

Testing:

Tested all navigation paths
Verified form functionality
Confirmed pages render correctly

Ready for review and merge into main.
