開発時にブラウザのキャッシュを防止する目的で、JavaScript、CSS のコンパイル時にハッシュ値をファイル名に追加する設定になっていた。これが Track Test / Training での受験体験を悪くしていた。
この PR ではファイルを固定するように変更した。
