IBM webMethods Hybrid Integration (IWHI) uses a slightly different model for authentication, and the simplest way to make the CLI work is to use an API key; this involves sending the API key in the
X-INSTANCE-API-KEYheader instead of the usual basic auth, and the rest of the CLI then appears to work as expected.
