Btw, you should totally rebrand this as a feature. "How do I see the logs for a single file to try to fix any log-issues there?" - Just test only that file and they will show up! 🥳 |

Adds a clarification to the Readme that the known single file parameter issue also applies to when a single file is running in watch mode which seems obvious in hindsight, but I misunderstood when I first read it. 😄
