It's a reminder that the underlying processes of computers are still made by humans. It'd be a real shame to see 418 go...

I don't think we should have anything in parentheses and should keep I'm a Teapot as-is. Mostly because this is a library used to set "status text" and it should find another way to communicate the validity of those values.
Also, any change to the text is a breaking change here, so I'd probably just leave it all as-is with the addition of 104 if you wanted it. Alternatively we could create an additional mapping that keeps the old texts.
