This workflow installs SSH keys, connects to a remote server, and pulls the latest changes from the specified branch.
Add CI workflow for pull requests

Rename dockerfile to Dockerfile
Set up Flask application environment and dependencies.
Updated base image to Python 3.11-alpine and added build dependencies for installation.
Removed collectstatic command from Dockerfile.
Added build dependencies for Python and updated pip installation steps.
