Specified language (JSON) to fenced code blocks for Entra ID App Registration permissions Manifest

Per MD040: Fenced code blocks should have a language specified Updated in all four articles to specify "json" as the language for the code blocks containing JSON manifests. Added benefit of syntax highlighting in rendered markdown.

It seems json text has some unexpected spaces which can not be handled my markdown engine. So, I see highlighted red texts:

I updated to use jsonc instead. This way GitHub shows it as syntactically correct but won't confuse users when they read the documentation pages themselves.
