With this PR, the user is redirected to a 404 page. This has to be adapted when there is a .otherwise({templateUrl: ...}) in angular-route-segment (see also artch/angular-route-segment#44).

The introduced meta tag is documented here.

links that are hidden via ng-show are crawled. ng-if fixes this.
