Microsoft Teams Clone

The following is a web-application made in fullfilment of Microsoft Engage 2021. This is a WebRTC based application powered by Google STUN/TURN servers with peer to peer chat, video call and screen share.

Functionalities

• No login required. Just enter a team name and get started.
• No call time limitation time!
• Random URL suggestion and sharing via email and copy link feature.
• Audio-Video toggling throughout the call and option to enter a room with Audio/Video off/on.
• Peer to peer WebCam and Audio streaming.
• Screen share (Window/Tab/Full Screen) to present and share.
• Send files directly to your peers present in the team.
• Real-time chat functionality with special option to send private messages, download messages and clean messages.
• Emoji picker option in the chat.
• Full Screen mode on click and as a button to avoid distraction.
• Collaborative whiteboard for all the participants.
• Raise hand option along with kick peer option.
• Interactive and easy to use UI/UX

The following aaplication has been deployed on Heroku @ https://microsoft-engage-21.herokuapp.com/

Install dependencies

npm install

Start the server

npm start

• Open http://localhost:3000 in browser
