Angular has no safe versions. ws (transitive dependency) has no safe versions.
Updating npm-shrinkwrap.json entry directly allows us to update the transitive dependency for npm/javascript.

Angular and ws does not have a safe version at the point of posting.
Demo the ability to update transitive dependency for npm.
