As far as I can tell, this fixes #451 by removing all sniffs in the PHPCompatibility namespace. This does not address the
PHP_CodeSniffer/Tests/Standards/AbstractSniffUnitTest.phpfile, which appears to be in the same category as the files copied from PHPCompatibility.Closes #454
